Electrical Estimator
Electrical Estimator (All Levels: Entry – Senior)

What You’ll Do
- Produce accurate estimates for conceptual budgets, detailed bids, and design‑assist/design-build projects
- Review drawings, identify gaps, and coordinate with GCs, engineers, architects, and design partners
- Communicate with vendors/subcontractors and gather competitive pricing
- Ensure clear project handoff with scope sheets, clarifications, and assumptions
- Build trust with internal teams and customers through reliable communication
- Senior Level: Lead complex estimates, guide proposal strategy, present to clients
- Senior Level: Mentor and support junior estimators and drive team development
What We’re Looking For
Entry–Mid Level Candidates
- 2+ years electrical estimating experience preferred
- Journeyman/Master license or equivalent background
- Basic estimating skills and strong desire to grow
- Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving
Senior‑Level Candidates
- 10+ years electrical estimating or design‑build experience
- Advanced technical skills and proposal/presentation abilities
- Leadership, mentorship, and strong client‑relationship capability

Journeyman Electrician
Location: Boise, Idaho
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Current scale $42.40 (based on experience) + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Journeyman Electrician with strong commercial experience to join our crew. You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems on a variety of commercial job sites. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, running conduit, pulling wire, and working both independently and with a team.
Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings

- Run and bend EMT, MC, and rigid conduit

- Pull wire, terminate panels, breakers, and devices

- Read and interpret construction documents and electrical schematics

- Work safely and efficiently to meet project timelines

- Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site

- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications

- Active Journeyman Electrician license

- 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience

- Deep knowledge of the NEC and local codes

- Proficient in conduit bending and wire pulling techniques

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or in crawl spaces

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
